STUDIO POLICIES

SESSION/SITTING FEE
The session/sitting fee is non-refundable—no exceptions. If you permanently cancel your appointment, any payments made will not be refunded.

POSTPONEMENTS
Except in cases of emergencies or illness, postponements require at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. You must reschedule at the time of postponement, and your new appointment date must be within 30 days of the original session date.

DISCOUNTED VOUCHERS AND PRE-PAID SESSIONS
Promotional vouchers and discounted pre-paid sessions/packages must be used within one year of purchase. After one year, the amount paid can be applied as a studio credit toward a regularly priced session.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PURCHASED PHOTOS
High-resolution digital images will be delivered approximately four weeks after you make your selections. If you have a specific deadline, please inform us as soon as possible.

PHOTO SELECTIONS
A proof gallery link will be sent within 24 hours after your session. This gallery will be available for 72 hours, and you must make your selections within that time. Delayed selections may affect your delivery date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final due to the nature of the business. Session and prepaid package fees are non-refundable. We strive to ensure your satisfaction, but refunds or monetary compensation will not be provided if you are dissatisfied with your photos.

GENERAL STUDIO RULES
Please do not bring to your session:

  • Pets without prior approval

  • Exotic animals (definitely NO snakes)

  • Firearms or weapons

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Illegal drugs

  • Cameras or video equipment. Phones must be turned off and stored in your bag.

POSING AND DIRECTION
During your session, you will be guided through poses. Sessions may involve some physical activity based on your comfort level and ability. While we aim to capture a variety of poses, exact reproductions from our portfolio cannot be guaranteed.

POST-PRODUCTION AND EDITING
Once you have made your selections, editing is final. Any photos not purchased on the day of your session will be deleted—no exceptions.


Purchased digital images include standard editing, which covers adjustments for color, contrast, and composition. Changing your body size or shape, fixing skin issues, tattoo removal, fixing wardrobe, hair, or makeup, is NOT included with any of our sessions or work. All editing is done at the photographer’s discretion, and only those images that meet our artistic standards will be released. RAW files are not available for purchase and will be discarded after the final products are delivered.

COPYRIGHT EXPLANATIONS

  • Negroni Studio, LLC retains full ownership of all photos taken during your session.

  • You may not post or print images without crediting Negroni Studio, LLC as the creator. Additionally, you may not use your images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the studio.

  • Purchased high-resolution images come with print permission for personal use only and may not be altered, sold, or published.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE
You assume full responsibility for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by yourself or any companions and agree to cover any repair or replacement costs. You also release Negroni Studio, LLC, its owners, contractors, and employees from any liability for personal injury or damages incurred during your session.

INDEMNIFICATION
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the actions or omissions of the other party. This indemnification survives the termination of this agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other causes beyond our control, Negroni Studio, LLC will be excused from performing services. In such cases, the studio will make every effort to reschedule, but fees paid will not be refunded.

SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The photographer reserves the right to discontinue services if unsafe conditions arise, including illness. If a session is canceled due to the client’s illness or a similar situation, no refunds will be issued. The client also assumes the risk of illness when engaging in studio services.

MUTUAL NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE
Both parties agree not to post negative statements, reviews, or feedback about each other in any public forum. Should issues arise, Negroni Studio will work with the client to reach a satisfactory solution. Violation of this clause may result in legal fees payable to the studio.

LATE START POLICY
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session start time. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the cancellation policy will apply. If unforeseen circumstances arise, a courtesy call is appreciated.

STUDIO'S RIGHT TO CANCEL
Negroni Studio, LLC reserves the right to cancel any appointment due to unreasonable or abusive client behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

PHOTOGRAPHER DISCLOSURE
If you are a professional photographer or planning to become one, please notify us before signing the agreement, as you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
All information regarding Negroni Studio’s sessions, packages, and business practices is confidential. You may not share this information with other photographers or use it to start your own photography business. We will not use your images for promotion or marketing without your written consent. All client information shared with the photographer will be treated as confidential.
